Course Outline Schedule
1. Equipment and utensils required for ramen cooking
2. Braised Beef (trimming, cooking, and braising)
3. Flavoured oil blend (leek, beef and garlic)
4. Making of beef bone broth
5. Menma (seasoned bamboo shoots)
6. Garnishing and presentation
Instructional Method
Demonstration with food tasting at the end of the session.

RM150 per participant
Minimun 10 course participants
Customised Training
Hands-on session (course participants in pairs) can also be arranged. However, the hands-on course will be a 8-hour course, limited to 6 participants per session. Ingredients are provided.
